I can’t help but feel like I should be paying more attention to what’s going on in Iran, or even doing something more myself. I’m an American of Iranian descent who’s grown up thinking I may never see where my parents had grown up. Now, I spend my life building a social media company and advising others in its practice, while these very tools tear at the seams of an oppressive regime that turned my forebearers world upside down 30 years ago.
