“What we’re seeing from LeBron right now is him playing a game within the game. He’s essentially trying to play the perfect game … Go back and watch his reaction after he missed his first shot against the Lakers on Sunday. It was a wide-open midrange shot, and when it rimmed out, he acted like he just missed a game winner in the playoffs.”
Coast to Coast - Comparing LeBron James to Michael Jordan
Lebron is playing on another level now, but still a handful of rings away from a legitimate MJ comparison. He needs to deny rings to Durant, CP3, Carmelo, Dwight, et al through the primes of their career in the same way MJ did to the Mailman, Sir Charles, Ewing, Reggie, etc. It’s possible (which is saying a lot), but there’s a long way to go.
