A miracle to start off 2009. Call me crazy, but I actually think things like this, by generating hopefulness, have the power to turn around the economy. Between this and Obama’s inauguration on Tuesday, we will have restored some degree of optimism in the American psyche. Two years from now when all the data is in, let’s look back at this 5 day strech. arigreenberg: US Airways Jet Crashes Into Hudson River Actually it looked like everybody was really calm, like on the subway platform when it’s really, really crowded, and everyone’s standing shoulder to shoulder.
